Functional Integration® sessions are private lessons individually tailored to your particular interests and needs.
We can help refine your movement to benefit any number of areas in your life. Whether you want to reduce joint or back pain, improve your fine motor skill due to injury or stroke, regain full use of that shoulder, hip or knee you had operated, improve your general flexibility and mobility, improve your golf swing, play an instrument better or return to playing an instrument you had to give up due to pain. The possibilities of improved self use are endless.
Functional Integration® Sessions are given with you lying on a padded Feldenkrais table (similar to a massage table), in sitting or standing, or a combination of all three - depending on your needs.
The practitioner uses gentle touch to guide your movements, assisting you to feel how you are moving, bringing your habits into focus, and proposing ways you could be moving differently.
You will come out of a Functional Integration® session feeling relaxed and at ease with improved self use and reduced pain.
Sessions are held in East Gosford. All you need is comfortable clothing and an hour to relax and focus on yourself.
