is used to:


  1. Find comfort in everyday activities such as: sitting, walking, running, gardening, cleaning etc.


  2. Reduce or eliminate: everyday aches & pains, pain from RSI, chronic pain and stress.


  3. Improve: recovery from injury or surgery, sporting or musical performance, clarity of thought & self confidence.



The Feldenkrais Method® can be learnt in two ways:


Awareness Through Movement® classes are taught in a friendly group setting with a teacher verbally guiding you through gentle but intricate movements.


Functional Integration® sessions are private lessons individually tailored to your particular interests and needs.
