Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a blending of breath, movement, awareness and meditation. It’s flowing dynamic movement from one asana to another, will increase flexibility, toning and joint mobility, while improving concentration and relaxation.


Group Classes

Please bring a Yoga mat and towel, wear loose comfortable clothing, no cologne or perfume and good hygiene.
